A full design concept interior design project in Palm Beach of this newly restored island oceanfront residence. The living spaces have been entirely redesigned, with a custom sectional sofa and a custom 15 x 25 foot custom rug using the colors present in the room. The scattered central tables are fun to rearrange as they have hidden wheels; one of them is actually an ottoman that can be used as an extra occasional seat. The custom sideboard is a cache for 13 individually finished drawers, each one created specifically for the client’s contents. The client also had several sets of hand embroidered linens created to match their Hermes table sets, which included table cloths, napkins and place mats.
We also designed the home’s cabana, which doubles as a guest room with a sofa that provides an occasional bed. All the textiles are durable for an indoor/outdoor lifestyle. The two coffee tables can be moved easily (as they have wheels) and their glass tops are lined with coordinating fabric. The entire color palette blends throughout the home.
The home office features custom armchairs with Armani/Casa fabrics, paired with Armani/Casa upholstered ottomans, and a custom rug. The entirely custom leather desk has detailed drawers (one of them for the printer). We used the same leather for the desk-chair. The adjoining closet was converted into a library, with backlit shelves and a unique glass top which is lined with Armani/Casa fabric. Interior Design Project in Palm Beach
